Privacy Policy

Reply Draft Cleaner for X (“the extension”) is a Chrome extension that clears leftover reply text in the x.com / twitter.com composer when you open a different post. It does not require an account.

Data we collect

None. The extension does not collect, store, sell, or share personal information. It does not use analytics, advertising, cookies, or accounts.

What runs on the page

A content script runs only on x.com, twitter.com, mobile.x.com, and mobile.twitter.com. It reads the visible reply box in your browser long enough to decide whether leftover text from another post should be removed. That text stays in your browser. It is not written to extension storage and is not sent over the network.

Network

The extension does not make network requests. It does not load remote code. All logic is in the package you install from the Chrome Web Store.

Permissions

Host access is limited to the sites above so the script can run on those pages. There are no storage, tabs, cookies, or identity permissions.

Children

The extension is not directed at children and does not collect data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated and the listing will be updated to match.
